1. Right of return
You may notify us of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receipt, without giving a reason or providing photographs of a defect.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We recommend using a service with a tracking number.
Standard catalogue inserts retain this right. An exception for an item made to individual specifications applies only where legally justified and disclosed before purchase; making an item after ordering is not enough.
2. Time limit to request a return
Notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt. You then have 14 calendar days from notification to return the item. Rights concerning lack of conformity are separate.
3. Return process
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Send an email to veksu.store@gmail.com with the subject "Return — [order number]".
- State your order number and decision to withdraw. No reason is required. Keep a copy of the notification.
- We will provide the return address and instructions. Your right does not depend on discretionary approval.
- Return the item protected in its original or equivalent packaging. You may examine it as you would in a shop; further handling may make you responsible for diminished value.
4. Withdrawal and defective products
For withdrawal, the buyer pays the direct return cost. For a defect or lack of conformity, contact us with a description; photographs can help assess the issue but are not a condition for withdrawal. Statutory remedies to bring goods into conformity are free of charge, including necessary transport costs.
5. Refund
For withdrawal, we refund within 14 calendar days of notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever comes first.
We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to you. Standard original delivery is included; additional costs of a more expensive delivery option chosen by the buyer are not.
Only diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item may be deducted, as permitted by law. Withdrawal is not refused because no defect exists.
