1. Made by hand

Every Luke is made by hand in Madrid. The usual preparation time is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

2. Delivery times

Mainland Spain: 2–3 additional business days. Estimated total: 5–8 business days.

Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: please check availability before ordering at veksu.store@gmail.com.

3. Free shipping to Spain

Free shipping to Spain. Rest of the European Union: €9. Europe outside the EU: €19. United States and Canada: €46. The cost is shown during checkout, before you confirm the order.

4. International shipping

Europe (EU): shipping calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery between 5 and 10 business days.

United Kingdom and Switzerland: additional import duties may apply, payable by the recipient.

Rest of the world: not available at this time.

5. Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent by email at the time of dispatch.

6. Problems with your order

If the parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated time, write to veksu.store@gmail.com with your order number. We will take it up with the carrier as quickly as possible.

Shipments outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada): the carrier may charge import duties and taxes on delivery. These charges depend on the destination country and are not included in the price.
